Our vision is to empower people to support their own mental health and wellbeing using a holistic toolkit of art, creativity and mindfulness skills.

Who is this for?

Our workshops are aimed at anyone from beginners to more experienced creatives. You just need to be prepared to relax and enjoy the process of creating. We can tailor make workshops for your organisation and venue.

When?

Our workshops run all year round in a range of venues.

Workshops always include all the materials you need to get creative and a drink and cake!

Who are we?

We are  experienced professionals - an art teacher (Sue) a counsellor/mindfulness teacher (Lindsay) and a counsellor/HR professional (Julie) -  who share a passion for the crossover between creativity and self-care. We're here to help you make the most of your me-time.
