As an artist and experienced art teacher, I believe that art has the power to heal and calm the mind. I worked in primary schools for many years as well as hosting workshops for community groups, young adults with special needs plus in person and online sessions. At Create Yourself Calm, we provide a safe and nurturing environment for both beginners and experienced artists to explore their creativity and find their inner calm.

I am an accredited counsellor and mindfulness teacher and my passion is empowering others to manage and improve their wellbeing. At our workshops I aim to demystify Mindfulness through simple experiential practices so you can create yourself calm. We are here to support you on your journey towards greater peace and wellbeing.

I am a counsellor supporting clients through grief, work stress and anxiety. I worked at a senior level in Human Resources roles in the City of London for over 30 years and am passionate about helping people to manage their own wellbeing. Our workshops combine mindfulness and art, giving you tools to help you create your own sense of peace.
